The Douglas Hospital will be home to a new research group that hopes to find
answers to why people kill themselves. Director Gustav Turecki said the
multidisciplinary approach may provide new insights.

The TA union and McGill reached a settlement that was ratified by AGSEM on
May 8. Everyone walked away happy with the deal, which will see pay equity
for TAs by 2006.
